How to withdraw cryptocurrency?

1. Go to [Wallet] 
2. Select the cryptocurrency that you would like to withdraw
   
   
   
   
3. Press [Withdraw] and enter the address required (For USDT withdrawal, please ensure that the chain type is ERC20 or BEP20)
   * Non-KYC Withdrawal Daily Limit: 2,000 USD
   
   
   
   
4. Check again and press [Confirm]

Remarks: The transfer of cryptocurrency is irreversible. Please make sure that the correct address is input.

*Processing time means approval time, the actual arrival time for cryptos depends on the network and the number of confirmation requests by receivers.

Possible issues:

• Delay in transfer

The delay in the transfer is usually caused by the congestion in the blockchain network. In this case, the problem can be solved automatically within 12 hours. If it takes more than 12 hours to process the withdrawal, please contact our support team.

• Lost transfer

Once the transfer is confirmed, the assets on the blockchain cannot be recovered, and Kikitrade will no longer be able to manage the assets or refund.

Possible reasons why the transfer fails:

• A wrong recipient's address is input
• The sending address and the recipient's address are not created for the same type of cryptocurrency
• The cryptocurrency is not supported by the recipient's address
