What is KYC?
KYC means Know Your Customer, which is a personal information record for the authenticity of users. It is a global standard that financial institutions, banks, or exchanges must be completed.
In recent years, there have been many frauds and other incidents in cryptocurrency transactions. There are actors/groups of actors who use cryptocurrencies to conduct illegal activities. Therefore, under the governments and financial supervision departments of various countries, the KYC policy is a mandatory framework for banks and financial institutions, and cryptocurrency exchanges to verify customer identification.
Why do you need to pass KYC?
1. Deposit with Fiat Currency
Deposit into Kikitrade with fiat currency is fast and simple. Bank transfers can be completed in about five minutes, and there is no minimum or maximum limit for the deposit amount of fiat currency (i.e. USD/TWD).
2. Provide the Security of Assets
The purpose of KYC policy is to prevent the risk of users participating in any form of illegal activities on Kikitrade, and to allow Kikitrade to secure the assets for users.
How to do KYC on Kikitrade?
Please refer to How to complete verification (KYC) process . In general, KYC verification will be completed within 1 - 3 business days after KYC submission.
