Dear precious Kikitrade users,
From now on, Kikitrade supports deposits sent by smart contracts, and the associated cryptocurrencies are ETH and USDT-ERC20.
However, the system is still under development; if your deposit is from a smart contract wallet (e.g., BlockFi, Etoro, Paxful), there will be a delay as extra processing time is required.
If you have transferred the ETH or USDT with a valid transaction hash on Etherscan, but it has not shown up in your Kikitrade deposit history, please send the TXID with other info to support@kikitrade.com or contact Kikitrade Customer Service for inquiry.
If you are not sure if it sends from a smart contract, please contact your sender.
Note:
As long as the transfer is on Ethereum (ETH and USDT-ERC20), Kikitrade can handle it for you, but if you deposit funds to other sidechains (such as BSC, HECO, Polygon), you will not be able to recover your assets.
USDT deposits only support ERC20. Therefore, USDT deposits from other networks (such as Omni, BEP20, TRC20, HRC20, MATIC, FTM) cannot be recovered and will not be processed.
Best Regards,
Kikitrade Team
