Kikitrade 3.4.1 wallet system has now been fully integrated with Fireblocks, which brings greater scalability and security to support the deposit or withdrawal of various crypto-asset types.
Kindly note that all deposit wallet addresses will be changed starting 2021/10/21. There's no need to be worried if you have accidentally deposited to the previous address, please contact support@kikitrade.com or get help from our in-app customer support. We will transfer your assets back to the correct address until 2022/4/20 in 2 business days.
Note:
- Only supports BTC, ETH, BCH, XRP, LTC, USDT-ERC20
- Asset will not be able to retrieve if you deposit USDT-BEP20 to the previous address
- Only native chain will be supported for corresponding cyptrocurrencies. If the wrong chain has been used, it will not be recovered or refunded.
- If you deposit ETH from a smart contract wallet (e.g., BlockFi, Etoro, Paxful, Bitstamp), extra processing time and a blockchain transaction fee of 0.015 ETH will be required. Please provide your TxID to Kikitrade Customer Support. If you are not sure if it is sent from a smart contract, please contact your sender.
- If you deposit USDT from a smart contract wallet (e.g., BlockFi, Etoro, Paxful, Bitstamp), extra processing time and a blockchain transaction fee of 20 USDT will be required. Please provide your TxID to Kikitrade Customer Support. If you are not sure if it is sent from a smart contract, please contact your sender.
