Notice of fiat withdrawal adjustment

Dear Valued Customers,

Please note that Kikitrade will temporarily suspend HKD/USD withdrawal services through direct bank transfer supported by virtual banks (ZA bank, MOX bank, Welab bank, Livi bank, Airstar bank, Fusion bank, and PAO bank) effective immediately.

Fiat withdrawal supported by conventional banks will continue to be in service. Crypto deposit/withdrawal and HKD/USD/USDT trading pairs will also function as normal. We will make an announcement as soon as the service resumes.

To provide a more flexible deposit/withdrawal service, we will offer C2C service and credit card purchase of cryptocurrencies in the near future.
