Dear Kikitrade C2C merchant
To ensure a fair, safe and trustworthy trading platform for all C2C users on Kikitrade, merchant user must abide the following principle:
General principle
- Be honest, polite and fair
- Check and confirm the detail before publishing the ad.
- Make you payment, transfer the coins, and reply in a timely manner. Only accept payment method provided by Kikitrade.
- Do not cancel orders arbitrarily and/or appeal maliciously, contact the buyer/seller before filing an appeal.
- Do not include "Kikitrade", local bank name, payment method name, or any misleading name as your username
- Based on our current company policy, C2C market taker (those who order buy/sell through the available ad on the platform) and ad poster, does not incurred transaction/platform fee.
Trading principle
Ⅰ Payment and receipt of funds

The account holder’s name for the payment method must be identical with the name used for Identity Verification. If the name is not identical, please contact Kikitrade customer support for assistance.
- When receiving funds, if the counterparty’s bank account information is inconsistent with his/her verified name, you should refuse to release the crypto and refund the buyer. Any fee incurred during the refund process should be covered by the buyer. In addition, we strongly recommend you to report such incident to Kikitrade customer support.
- When making a payment, if the counterparty uses a non-verified account to receive payment, merchants can cancel the order. In addition, we strongly recommend you report such incident to Kikitrade customer support.
- You are encouraged to ask for additional identity verifications from the counterparty. However, the counterparty have the right to refuse to cooperate. Under such circumstances, you can terminate the trade by refunding the money, cancelling the order directly, or ask our customer support team to cancel the order.
Ⅱ Asset security
- Merchants must not participate in any form of transactions involving illegal funds
- If a merchant's transaction involve illegal digital assets or illegal funds, resulting in legal risks and/or the loss of assets for Kikitrade and its users, Kikitrade reserve the right to disqualify the merchants, ban all his/her activities and confiscate the security deposit.
Ⅲ Operating rules
- We do not encourage users to trade outside the platform. If you trade with users privately, the platform will not be responsibility for any losses incurred. You should not provide any personal contacts (social networks, messengers) in the your ads, trading condition detail or in your auto-reply message.
- Do not make a small amount of transfer to the user's bank account for testing purposes without their consent.
Ⅳ Disqualification
You may be disqualified under the following conditions:
- You failed to cooperate with our customer support team during the appeal process or delaying the trading process.
- You charge extra fees or commissions to the counterparty.
- You contact the counterparty to carry out transactions outside of Kikitrade.
- You leak the counterparty's name, contact information, address, and other related information
- You spread misinformation that affects Kikitrade in any way
- You gain an advantage through unfair competition
