How to complete user verification KYC.2

1. Click on your icon at the top-left corner to enter "Personal Center". Then, tap "Identity Verification" to check your current KYC verification progress

2. Click "Start KYC.2 verification" to start. Follow the instructions and prepare documents including bank statement or address proof.

3. Fill in your address in details and upload valid proof of address. Next, answer all the questions and press the "Submit" button

4. It takes 1-3 working days approx. to complete the KYC.2, the verification progress will be shown in the "Identity Verification" field.

Note 1: For those who have not completed KYC.1, please refer to "How to conduct KYC user identity investigation.
Note 2: Please refer to the following when processing proof submissions. Acceptable Proof of Address:

• Utility bills for water, electricity, and town gas.
• Bills of landline, mobile phone, internet services.
• Statements or correspondence issued by banks, insurance companies, or Mandatory Provident Fund Approved Trustees.
• Correspondence from government departments or the Judiciary.
• ID card/ driving license with proof of address.
