A1. The swap feature does not require any transaction fees, and we can lock the swap rate for a short period of time. Therefore, the amount shown on swap order is the actual amount you can receive after the swap is successful.
Q2. Compared with spot trading, what are the advantages of swap?
A2. You do not need to understand the operations and transaction fees in the spot market. Through swap, you only need a simple click to complete the swap. There is no hidden fees in swap, what you see is what you get.
Q3. Are there any restrictions on using swap?
A3. The crypto types supported by swap are less than in spot market (Please refer to the below table). A single swap has a minimum limit and a maximum limit, and will be displayed in the amount column.

Q4. Is the swap credited to the wallet immediately?
A4. Once the asset is successfully swapped, the asset will be transferred to your trading wallet immediately.
Q5. Under what circumstances will the swap fail?
A5. Swap may fail due to huge market volatility. When the swap fails, some asset had partially swapped for USDT, will be returned to your trading wallet in USDT.
