Q1: If I sent out an Airdrop but it hasn’t been collected, what will happen?
A1: Once the Airdrop is sent, the total balance of the sent amount of coin(s) in your wallet will be freezed. If the Airdrop is not collected past the valid period, the unclaimed balance will be returned to your wallet.
Q2: Why is that after the valid period, the unclaimed balance still hasn’t been returned and the amount remained frozen?
A2: As Airdrop allows 1- or 2- or 3- or 5-day be set as the valid period, users on the collecting end can trigger the Airdrop in 3 days to collect the amount using Kikitrade App. In other words, the Airdropped amount will be frozen in your wallet for [Airdrop valid period + 3-day trigger period]. If your Airdrop was set with a valid period of 3 days, and it hasn’t been triggered in the App until the third day, they can still collect that Airdrop. Any unclaimed balance will be returned to your wallet after the [valid period + trigger period] i.e. 6 days from Airdrop day.
Q3: I got an Airdrop from a friend and gave my email address/phone number and clicked Collect, but then the App later showed that the Airdrop has expired for collection?
A3: Users on the collecting end must trigger the collection of Airdrop using Kikitrade App within 3 days by going on to the Airdrop tab. If the trigger is performed within 3 days, the Airdrop will be expired.
Q4: It was the first time I’m collecting Airdrop from a friend, but it wasn’t successful with a [You have collected the maximum daily amount of airdrop.] message shown?
A4: In terms of user asset protection, different KYC levels are granted with different Airdrop collection limits. If you would like to send/collect a higher amount of Airdrop, please verify further KYC levels to proceed.
