[Important Notice] Real-name registration for pre-paid SIM cards

Dear Kikitraders,

According to the latest update by the Office of the Communication Authority, any unregistered pre-paid SIM cards in Hong Kong can no longer be used after 23 Feb 2023. If you are using an unregistered pre-pard SIM card as the login or linked mobile number for your Kikitrade account, please complete your real-name registration with your tele service provider as soon as possible or you will not be able to login or receive notifications (including SMS OTPs) from Kikitrade after 23 Feb 2023.  

What should I do if I use an unregistered prepaid SIM card number as my login account? 

Please complete your real-name registration with your tele service provider as soon as possible. Or you can change your mobile phone number in Kikitrade APP -> [Personal Center] -> [Safety Settings] -> [Mobile Number] - [Change Mobile] and update your mobile number with a real-name registered mobile number.
