Dear Kiki users,
Greetings! Kiki has been updated to the latest version 6.0.10, which integrates a Web3 non-custodial wallet, marking our first step towards decentralization. We will continue optimizing user experience, introducing more new features and services, and organizing more community activities to provide users with a comprehensive Web3 investment community experience.
About Login
[Existing User]
After logging in as an existing user, you can bind a non-custodial Web3 wallet to continue to your Kiki account. It will not affect your assets in the KIKI account. After binding the wallet, the existing login method will be replaced by wallet login.
Users can choose to bind MetaMask or WalletConnect, or generate a non-custodial wallet through Particle and bind it using any social login methods such as Apple, Facebook, Google, phone or email.
Please note that an account can only be bound to one wallet. The binding cannot be changed once set.
[New User]
New users can only register via the wallet registration. Direct registration with phone or email is no longer available.
You can choose to use MetaMask or WalletConnect, or generate a non-custodial wallet through Particle and register using Apple, Facebook, Google, phone or email.
About Your Assets
After binding your wallet, the assets in your Kiki account will be displayed on the CEX Wallet page (previously the Wallet page). Please note that Kiki will disable trading services on February 28, 2024, and will officially remove centralized wallet service or any asset custody services on May 30, 2024. After the removal , we will provide an additional channel for users to withdraw their assets. However, please be aware that it will require a longer Please withdraw your funds before the removal.
To facilitate asset transfer, we have designed a "OneClick Transfer" function for users to transfer assets in your KIKI account to your Web3 wallet address . You can transfer multiple assets with just one click, eliminating the need for multiple transfers. However, please note that this function does not support all cryptocurrencies and networks. Additionally, to save network fees, all currencies except ETH use the BNB network by default for transfers. Users only need to switch to the "BNB Chain" network in the Web3 wallet interface to view assets on the BNB network.
