Dear Kiki users,
With Kiki's transition into a decentralized platform, we have already launched the non-custodial Web3 wallet feature. Gradually we will introduce features such as DApp Browser, DeFi, and other new features in order to power our users to explore web3 freely and with full control of their own assets. Simultaneously, we will orderly phase out centralized trading and asset custody services on the platform. To facilitate asset withdrawals, we have introduced the "One-Click Transfer'' feature that allows users to quickly withdraw all their assets to their Web3 wallets.
Below are detailed arrangements for the termination of trading and asset custody services (UTC+8):
Trading and Centralized Wallet Function
BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, LTC, XRP
February 28, 2024
- Trading pairs and recurring investment products will be delisted starting from 11:00 AM.
- All open orders will be cancelled, and on-chain deposit services for the listed currencies will be terminated.
- Asset custody services in the centralized wallet function will be maintained, and in-app withdrawal functionality will remain unaffected.
May 30, 2024
- The Centralized wallet function as well as the asset custody services for the listed currencies will be terminated. All user assets will be converted to USDT at the prevailing market price of that day.
- Users who wish to withdraw their assets after the termination of the asset custody services will need to contact customer service.

DOGE, DOT, MATIC, AVAX, ADA, SAND, SHIBA
February 28, 2024:
- Trading pairs will be delisted starting from 11:00 AM, and all open orders will be canceled.
- At 6:00 PM, all DOGE, DOT, MATIC, AVAX, ADA, SAND, SHIBA held in user’ accounts will be converted to USDT based on the prevailing market price.

Note: Kiki will not support withdrawal for the above-mentioned currencies. Users are advised to handle their related assets in a timely manner.
C2C Services

- New merchant registrations will be terminated.

C2C trading functionality will be discontinued.
KYC Verification
May 30, 2024
- In-app KYC application portal will be terminated.
- Users will need to undergo KYC verification with customer service personnel when withdrawing assets.
