Arrangements for the Termination Custodial Service for Crypto Assets

Dear Kiki Users,

Starting from May 30, 2024, we will officially cease asset management services, and the Kiki mobile application will no longer provide withdrawal functions. Additionally, asset custody fees will be incurred. Below are the details of the arrangements:

Asset Conversion:

• May 30, 2024, 2:00 PM (GMT+8): We will officially stop the withdrawal function within the app.
• May 30, 2024, 6:00 PM (GMT+8): All non-USDT assets will be converted to USDT at the market price at that time.

Asset Custody Fees:

• May 30, 2024, 6:00 PM (GMT+8): We will deduct 5% or $5 USDT (whichever is higher) from the user's asset balance.
• The last day of each month after May 30, 2024: We will deduct 2% or $5 USDT (whichever is higher) from the user's asset balance.

Arrangement on Assets Withdrawal:

• Starting from May 30, the Kiki application will no longer support the withdrawal function. We will provide a separate website where you can submit withdrawal requests. We will process your withdrawal requests within 30 business days after completing the KYC verification process. The website link will be provided in a subsequent announcement.
